Jennifer Paretchan

Jenn Paretchan is the Global Head of Distribution and Market Relations for Guy Carpenter. She is a member of the Guy Carpenter Operating Committee.

Based in New York,  Jenn is responsible for activities related to Guy Carpenter’s strategic trading relationships and broader market trends, including our reinsurance market distribution strategy, managing relationships, and keeping colleagues briefed on reinsurers' evolving strategies. She also serves as a client Account Executive with a focus on Casualty and Financial Lines business. 

Jenn has over 25 years of experience in the industry and has worked in Guy Carpenter’s New York, London, Toronto and Philadelphia offices. In her most recent role with the North America Centers of Excellence, Jenn has partnered across the firm with Analytics and Advisory, IT and Data Strategy to improve data-driven insights and content for clients. She has been integral to our Digital Journey work, having developed GC Edge, our client portal, and is a member of the GC Marketplace Steering Committee.
