Guy Carpenter announced that Bermudian Jenni Rowntree Estis has been promoted to the role of Head of Operations, Senior Vice President, Broking.
In the new role as Head of Operations, Mrs. Rowntree Estis will oversee IT, human resources, finance and client administration services at the company and maintain administration, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison on all company affairs with executives. She will also provide oversight of Compliance and Professional Standards as well as establish and enforce internal standards of conduct and will oversee corporate social responsibility.
Mrs. Rowntree Estis has been with the Guy Carpenter since 2002 and has been actively involved in securing new clients and broking major accounts. She has worked closely with overseas brokers and client support services and cultivated valuable relationships. From 2005 to 2006, Mrs Rowntree Estis worked in the company's London office.
Prior to her time with Guy Carpenter, Mrs. Rowntree Estis worked with Overseas Partners Re as a Reinsurance Accounting Assistant and as a Senior Accounts Assistant at IPC Re.

Mrs. Rowntree Estis has a Bachelor of Science in Management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, where she graduated Cum Laude. She holds an Associates in Reinsurance designation.
